Movie Success!

We went to see The Croods, yesterday and it was super cute and the kids did great.  It was such nasty weather that my tennis match was cancelled and we didn't make it to the birthday party (Katie invited only).  We decided, instead, to go to the movie and I am so glad we did.  We accidentally went into the 3-D version first, but got it sorted out and the correct theater was filled with children about their age so it was a great environment for them (since they insist on talking and asking questions throughout) and when they got restless all of the other kids were too!  On Saturday we went to Warner Parks Nature Center and enjoyed a puppet show, coloring time, puzzles and "costumes," and a nature hike all about amphibians.  It was so fun, and despite decidedly un-Spring like weather it was great to see the kids so excited about discovering frog eggs, and holding toads!
